When choosing a high speed broadband, with no hesitation i seleced Tata's Photo plus over other wireless broadband connections available in the market. It was just because of the service i enjoyed with my tata sky and other tata products. Now i feel regret for my decision on the Tata's Photon plus connection.
I am experiencing a very slow download speed in the night ( not even 500Kpbs) , when i reported the issue, i have been told by their technical team that in Chennai (Nanmangallam) tata photo plus speed will only be btwn 400 - 700kbps and we cant expect more than this. Is this true.
